About Me

CAMERON MURRAY, EA
Tax Preparation & Audit Representation for Content Creators

Why I Started This Practice

Taxes can feel overwhelming, and for content creators, they're even more complex. I saw the gap between what creators needed and what existing services could provide. I watched the frustration when traditional tax advice didn't translate to how creators actually earn. They didn't understand multi-platform income, didn't know which deductions trigger audits, and didn't have representation when things went wrong.

That gap frustrated me enough to write a comprehensive guide on creator taxes. Now I'm offering the specialized services creators actually need.

How I Work

When you work with me, you work directly with me — not a call center or case manager. My approach is built on four principles:

Personal Representation
You work with the professional handling your case from start to finish. For audit defense especially, continuity matters.

Honest Advice
Every situation has options. I explain them clearly in plain language so you can make informed decisions.

Technical Expertise
Federal tax law changes constantly. As an Enrolled Agent, I maintain continuing education to stay current with IRS procedures, audit defense strategies, and tax law developments.

Respect and Communication
Tax issues can be stressful. You deserve timely communication, straightforward answers, and professional representation throughout the process.

What Is an Enrolled Agent?

An Enrolled Agent (EA) is a federally licensed tax professional authorized by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in examinations, collections, and appeals.. Enrolled Agents earn this credential by demonstrating extensive knowledge of federal tax law through a comprehensive examination or qualifying IRS experience, and they are required to complete continuing education each year to maintain their license.

Unlike many tax preparers, Enrolled Agents have unlimited rights to represent individuals and businesses before the IRS in matters involving audits, collections, appeals, payment plans, penalty relief, and other tax issues.

When you work with an Enrolled Agent, you're working with a tax professional whose practice is dedicated to understanding the tax code, protecting your rights, and helping you navigate even the most complex tax situations with confidence.
